Educational & Care Services National Law
National Quality Framework (NQF)
After The Bell Aus is governed by the Educational and Care Services National Law and Regulation. These documents are accessible at each of our programs in the Parent Area, and online through the Quality Assessment and Regulation Division (ACECQA). The National Law establishes the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA), responsible for ensuring consistent implementation across all states and territories.
National Law
The National Law establishes the legal framework for education and care services across Australia. It sets out the rights and responsibilities of providers, educators, and families.
National Regulation
The National Regulation supports the National Law by providing detailed requirements for approved education and care services — covering staffing, health, safety, and educational programs.
